Vishvak Prakkruth is a Los Angeles-based, Director and Filmmaker with over a decade of experience in Feature Films, Documentaries, Commercials, and Music Videos.
​
Starting as a child actor at the age of four, he went on to pursue theater, music, and photography. He draws from these various skills to deliver compelling narratives and audio-visual experiences.​ In his journey to become a Director, and make his own movies, Vishvak learned the art of Cinematography, as well as Post-Production. The many hats he wears are perhaps his greatest strength, creating a unique and well-rounded approach, no matter the role he takes on.

​In 2019, he wrote and directed his first independent feature film, 'Heartbreak Hotel.' This was followed by a completely improvised, and experimental film ‘Cactus Flower’, on which he put all his skills to use by Directing, Filming, and Editing a complete feature-length film.​ His third feature film is on track to be filmed in the spring of 2024.

Vishvak is constantly learning new skills and has shared some of them as a Filmmaking, and Post-Production Instructor at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. He always loves a challenge and continues to support up-and-coming filmmakers.
In the rapidly evolving landscape of film and media, Vishvak Prakkruth continues to push boundaries, hoping to inspire at least one person each time.
